This one-of-a-kind Herkimer Diamond quartz crystal features a translucent to transparent body with angular natural faces, dark mineral inclusions, and scattered warm golden-brown flecks. Fine internal fractures and veils catch the light across its distinctive crystal shape.

From different angles, the crystal reveals contrasting patches of darker material and subtle earthy coloration within the light quartz. This individual specimen makes an interesting addition to a natural quartz or mineral collection. Herkimer Diamonds are naturally occurring quartz crystals known for their double-terminated growth habit; despite the name, they are not actual diamonds.
