I had some trouble with my order via usps, for whatever reason It just seemed to disappear. (Nothing to do with seller, everything to do with carrier) I connected the seller before contacting my bank and they were able to handle It and reship my products to me, they were prompt, helpful, responsive and respectful in helping me and gave me no hassle or attitude in helping me, I appreciate that and also love my candles!
