Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
We typically ship orders out within 2-3 business days. However, unforeseen circumstances can and do happen, and for this reason, we do not guarantee a ship date. Holidays, weekends, and other factors may slow down shipping times. We ship orders on weekdays, Monday through Friday, from our facility in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on live rates provided by our 3rd party connection. We do not control these shipping rates.
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 within the United States. However, free shipping does not apply to international orders. Please note that free shipping is based on standard orders, and any large items or pallets may incur an additional charge.
International shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout and are never free.
Enchanted Soul offers Standard Overnight UPS and Standard 2-Day UPS shipping. To qualify for next business day shipping, orders must be received by 11:59 pm CST. Arrival times are based on UPS-provided shipping times. Enchanted Soul is not responsible for UPS delays, lost, or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Enchanted Soul is not responsible for any shipping delays after the package leaves our facilities. To verify shipping schedules, please visit USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx websites. Additionally, Enchanted Soul is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
Shipping Surcharges and Restrictions
Select items are ineligible for free shipping and may be subject to shipping and handling surcharges. Free shipping over the posted amount applies to non-surcharge items only. Surcharge items are not applicable to the free shipping cart total.
Additional charges may apply for delivery addresses to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Enchanted Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or US Postal Service).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Enchanted Soul is not responsible for reshipping products when incorrect shipping information is provided. In such cases, please contact our customer service to pay for reshipment of your order.
