Return Exchanges Policy

30-day return window: Items qualify for returns if submitted within 30 days from the product's shipment date. Please report any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery.
Product condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a new condition.
Gift card refunds for gifted items: If you received an item as a gift, you are eligible for a gift card refund only.
Separate order returns: Items from different orders should not be combined into a single return package.
Shipping fee non-refundable: When processing a return, the original shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If you do feel the need to return a purchase, please note that the cost of return shipping is to be paid by you, the customer. Once your return is received, we will refund the original price of the item purchased less the original shipping fee.

Damaged, Missing Items, and Quality Issues:

Carrier responsibility for damages: Once your package has been shipped, the responsibility for any damage incurred during transit lies with the respective carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL). In the event of such damages, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may address the issue accordingly.

Due to the speed at which our inventory moves, we are not able to offer exchanges on any product unless the item was damaged or defective. In the case that an item qualifies to be exchanged, and the same item is not in stock, we will issue a refund for the original item's purchase price.

Items That Are Always Final Sale Items, That Can Not Be Returned or Exchanged:
Crystals, Minerals, Gemstones, consumables like incense, candles, essential oils, lotions, etc.., anything marked closeout, or anything that has been used opened, or show signs of wear or damage.
