This one-of-a-kind Herkimer Diamond quartz specimen features an unusual intergrown crystal formation, with a prominent main crystal and a smaller attached point extending from its side. Clear to lightly smoky quartz reveals scattered dark mineral flecks and a warm golden-brown mineral patch that adds eye-catching contrast.

Its overlapping crystal faces and distinct natural terminations create a sculptural shape, while reflective internal planes and delicate fractures catch the light from multiple angles. Herkimer Diamonds are naturally occurring quartz crystals known for their double-terminated growth habit; despite the name, they are not actual diamonds.
